Hi, Being a member of this app/forum for the past 40 days or so, I can't help but think that we all NEED A MORE PROACTIVE AND PRODUCTIVE ADMIN. I have noticed that all the thing it does is copy paste knee jerk responses that don't help anyone much, in fact it has infuriated some members who have got abusive. Can we expect from you dear admin panel, a more user oriented and user friendly interaction between us. And by that I mean that give us a more detailed and accurate and timely helpful information and take more of a hands-on approach rather than what you have done so far. It is a sincere request from me that will help us to retain confidence in Samsung in the future. Regards, A hopeful Samsung customer.
