5G to 4G switching issue in S24 Ultra

Hey all,

I am facing this network issue in S24 ultra since day 1 they should fix this basic connectivity issue rather thsn display

Did you also face signal change issue. I mean if there is no proper 5G coverage then phone should automatically switch to 4G. But i need to manually change to 4G and then only it is working at some places. 

Please note that i enabled auto selection option already in Mobile data

I am also facing same kind of issue in opposite manner on my s24+
I want only 4G/LTE but phone automatically switches to 5G connectivity despite of changing mode to 4G/LTE (without 5G option)
Any solution for this ?

While i am trying to call anyone my network is changing to 5g to 4g i dont no what is the reason but some times the call also disconnected while this issue is occur so kindly look into this issue resolve ASAP
