I m using s21ultra 5G.. 
My area is in Jio 5G surrounded..
My jio app shows that your device is not compatible with 5G.?
What to do guys.!?

Call Samsung customer care and register for complaint

Update the jio app and your device...both...if available...
Check device again....
Then go to 5G coverage select your area and then select express interest...wishing 48 hours 5G will be activated...see in jio app... once activated, restart your phone and done!20230119_131355_1000047156_1674114236.jpg

Already both are in upto date bro... I tried uninstalling and reinstalling nstall the jio after that also i done the steps you suggested.. still not working..!

I just inserted my friends Jio sim on my mobile now.. on that sim 5g working.. after putting my Jio card.. only 4g working.. i think it might be a sim card problem..
