5G Connectivity Issue

Has anyone been able to connect to airtel 5g on your Galaxy smartphone? In all 8 cities where airtel has launched 5G, only realme and redmi users have been able to connect to 5G. Is this due to a software limitation on Galaxy phones or missing bands?

airtel is providing Non standalone 5g that means it will use 4G towers and give 5G speed. My F23 have 11 5G bands almost all then also no 5G signal and speed.
