Galaxy SIt will be automatically selected for 5g/lte/3g/2g(auto connect) and sarcastically you can't change it to 5G only. So that in my experience there is no option to keep 5G only mode active in flagships also. You have to go with this.
In an other scenario
Airtel sim have NSA(non standalone i.e it will fluctuate from 2g to 5g depending upon networks) 5G so fluctuations are frequent but Jio have SA(standalone i.e only 5g if the network reception is good in your area otherwise 4g) 5G So the fluctuations may be minimal but is there...
