hi i have 2 s8 plus one from uae and one from india both are now not connecting to 2g network on airtel and vodafone whats the issue it it.

Am using s8 but I don't have any problem between airtel SIM it's will accept the networks. you must perform hard reset

- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
- Kindly contact the network service provider.

nothing work i have 2 s8 plus one from UAE one from india both are not connecting 2g such a third class service of samsung on other handset 2g workinh but not working in s8 plus its my last samsung flagship go to hell samsung

coz 3g network so poor in my area .. all s8 plus user plz if u r on voda select 2g mode then chek 2g network comes or not i have UAE and india model boath are not connecting
