25 watt charger gives observable sock even detecte in tester

I have s21 fe 5g model. And this device support 25 watt charger but it's in box wire gives observable current sock even detect in tester. I want to know is this common or not

Go to service centre they will replace charger if in warranty

May be urs is faulty. I never faced like this till date

it's a faulty charger, get it replaced/repaired in the service centre
