My friend S24 Ultra has small dust paritcle inside the 50 MP telephoto camera and he went to Samsung Service Center and Service Center denied to replace the phone and told it is a not a hardware problem and the phone cannot be changed.

My friend escalated this matter to Samsung CEO Desk and he got this reply :

We'd like to inform you that all Samsung phones are managed and manufactured through strict quality control measures including foreign matter prevention activities and rigorous inspection to ensure that they meet our quality controls standards.

However, despite our best efforts during the manufacturing process, there may occasionally be instances where fine dust inside within our acceptable range and this does not affect the performance of the camera.

And if there are no substances or particles seen both when taking a picture or reviewing the picture taken, and it is not considered a product defect. So you can use it with confidence.


THIS CLEARLY PROVES THAT IN INDIA ONCE A PRODUCT IS SOLD THEN ONE ONE IS LISTENING TO YOU UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROACH AT HIGHER END.

Have you taken the matter to X? Tweet with the details. When you are ready pay such heafty amount without even seeing phone in the form of pre booking, company should have some shame in telling this. With service center at least will ignore at this moment, the reply from ceo desk is unacceptable.

When u hold the phone in hand with the fault, It doesn't make sense to ask you to live with it. This is not the experience for which you are buying flagship.

Not fair @Samsung.
