10x zoom downgraded in s23 after one ui 8 update

I am really disappointed because i am not happy with my s23. Recently i have downloaded one ui 8 and i test 10x zoom.

You can check the result is looks less details and sharpness.

I would like to request, pls samsung share the new update and fix this camera issue.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. I don't think so a bot would be programmed to say shut up if it were to be official. It would just repeat the same troubleshooting. No organisation would want their bots to replh like that. For sure. That's just a very sick mental patient nothing else.
