Samsung has announced its update plan for the February 2024 security patch and One UI 6.1 for the Galaxy S series devices running on Android 14 with One UI 6.0. The updated plan has been shared by the community moderator of Galaxy S.

One UI 6.0 based February 2023 Security Patch.

Samsung’s community moderator has stated that the Galaxy S23 lineup will be the first to get the security patch version of One UI 6.0 in February 2024. The security patch level will be upgraded to February 2024, which is the most recent one.

One UI 6.1 

Based on Android 14, One UI 6.1 update is scheduled for the first half of 2024 for Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy S23 FE.

One UI 6.1 update will come in S21 FE but there is no information about it yet and the update will come first in non FE series and then in FE series.

Samsung has to update their Exynos processor. Which is not good. If we compare with snapdragon. Snapdragon processor is better than exynos.
