why hotstar showing error while playing a live match

Plz help..today i can't see cricket match in my samsung smart tv showing some sync error..but in my phone their are not as such problem occured..

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Go to settings>apps>all>three dots>show system apps>hotstar app>storage>clear cache.
2. The internet speed must be high to play video smoothly.
3. Kindly reconnect your device with T.V, place the device near T.V.
