unable to make video calls using jio sim

the direct video calling option is not working using jio sim while making video calls it shows unable to make video calls to this number

* The video calling option is appear next to the voice call logo.

* After tapping on the video call you will be able to make a video call.

* To connect via video call the other person should have 3G/4G connectivity and the front camera in his device.


* If there is issue with the video call please check via another Sim card may this issue occurred by the network provider or the network strength is not up to the mark.

i think this feature works only when both phones support direct video calling feature

yeah i know all these facts but after the update the video call isnt working

after reset to default. video call work for some times. and then problem occurred again
