regarding on7 prime,ANDROID 10

Currently Samsung uploaded android 10 device upgrade schedule on Samsung member app,

but i seen my device on7 prime 4gb 64gb not listed,why! I know Samsung provides 2 major updates for budget devices but on previously the time of pie updates some devices gets updates even its completed 2 major updates 

but currently on 7 prome is not listed for android 10,why Samsung is cheating with customers and disappointing. Currently I'm not a fan of Samsung because it's  too much delay in providing updates. 

I think i will use REALME as my next device which is giving more useful features and fixes even minor issues on devices. Which we expected. 

Also realme accessories are coming good than Samsung and price efficient.

it's because that handset kernel version and linux SE will not support android 10.

but j7 is a same device. if j7 get update why not on7 prime.

then tell why galaxy s8 and note 8 is not eligible? it's because of Samsung update policy..they will not provide more than 2 major updates

it is already known that many about to eligible device will be removed from Android 10 update . Google already hint about it prior to android 10 release
