I am not sure that u can receive or not, But major update generally means your Android version or ONE UI version is gonna change with next update.

Can you share your model number. Sometimes it shows wrong info on older devices.
BTW the test firm on the image shows it is second major update and Samsung offers two major updates. So you can expect.

It had two major update. CTA1 is Pie 2020 January update. There is some problem for older devices to check using it. It is just a security patch.
It shows as major update because last update details is unavailable.
I think detecting CSC wrong.
Try manually with SM-G611F and INS

Major update means kind of big types updates like Android version update. Not minor.

According to earlier history, Samsung generally provides maximum two major Android OS updates on their smartphone, regular monthly security patches for three years, and quarterly security patches on its 4th year.

And your mentioned device already got two major updates.
