Finding and Downloading a much-needed torrent file is a very much tiresome task these days. The best app which comes first into my mind is TorrDroid. The useful part about the app is, it has an inbuilt torrent search engine and you can avoid all the annoying advertising and popups while browsing for the Torrent file.

online downside i can come up with this app is, you can't see the seeds and peers of the torrent file you are downloading.
