this problem was fixed by resetting but charging problem remains even after reset...

Thank you for sharing your concern. We would like to provide you few trouble shooting steps for the same:
1) Request you to kindly Go to the device setting>> Application manager>>Reset app preferences.
2) Kindly check your device on Safe mode.
3) Take a data backup via Smart switch application and reset the device.
If still the issue persist then kindly send share device log files using error report option via Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member app> feedback>question /error > attach log file. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.

still shows this error file due to which my phone not working very well as before. please help and resolve this.
