- Remove the Samsung account from settings>>clouds and accounts>>accounts>>Samsung account>>3 dot>>remove.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system app >> Galaxy app >> Storage >> Clear data.
- Open my galaxy app and sign in with Samsung account.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system app >> Message app >> Storage >> Clear data.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
