mobile is vibrating while select any file or folder.

My mobile is Samsung Galaxy on nxt. 

My mobile is vibrating when I select any kind of file folder and any contact number and also WhatsApp chats.

In my mobile touch sound option is turned off but this issue is detected. It was not happening in previous. 

Kindly say what is the reason and how to stop it.

Basically, in every phone if touch vibration sound is off then vibration is automatically off
