i need a help to remove this

I don't know where i activated an alarm for which i get a wake up call daily, and a small alarm symbol always appears on my screen. I tried a lot to get rid of the problem but i couldn't find any solutions. Can you gyus help me to short out this problem, here i am attaching a screenshot for your convenience to identify the issue.

Did you install any alarm apps from play store? If yes maybe that is the reason you see this
