really i am very disappointed by the service u provided me...
my phone gets heated upto 51°C when i use the phn. i checked it in ur service cntre at jamshedpur today with ur temp measuring device in front of technical staff and service cntr manager. but still they did anothing except arguing with me.
manager told me if ur phon temp crosses the mark of 48°C thn he has to chng the phon...now what happen sir. this is my receipt nd ur temperature measuring device.

steps taken by me are follows
1. i had givn my phn to ur service cntre they updated the software.
2. Again given the phon to ur service cntre they kept my phn for a week.
3. Again givn my phon to ur service cntre for same heating issue, then he talked to his customers care and ask me again to submit the phon on nxt day.
4. Again i had submited my phon for rebooting from the basic.
5. Again ur head asked me to submit my phn ( submitted for 3 days), as they want to chk upto how much temp my phn gets heated.
Any other steps u want knw thn tell me..
