Thank you for sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that kindly check the device with the following steps:
1. Launch the Google app;
2. Go to the top left area of the app and tap on the 3-bar icon to access the menu;
3. Select Settings;
4. Navigate to Voice;
5. Tap on “OK Google” Detection;
6. Look for the options labeled as “From any screen” and “From Google Search App”;
7. Make sure that both options are switched to On or switch them if they’re not;
8. Return to the previous Voice sub-menu;
9. Look at the Language option and make sure it is set to English (US);
10. Leave the menus and start using the Okay Google voice command right away.
