We're glad you reached out here with your concern. We would like to inform you that VoLTE is SIM service and it will activate automatically when you insert 4G SIM and set is in Auto mode.

volte is working but video calling not happening

I was using 4G SIM already and still have same SIM...but VoLTE is not working.....and same SIM is working in other 4G phones....there is some serious problem with Nougat software
