hello, I can't make video call through jio without internet to any jio number but can receive. what is the problem can be! i tried a lot in setting option, it shows that in the mobile network setting there is VOLTe call option does not functioning.... Please samsung members help me . how to resolve this problem.

I have same issue in my phone Samsung galaxy on nxt from long time, I was claim this issue many times they replied that my phone need binary updates, same is already escalated to R&D team for rectification & provides as soon as possible. & I have received new updated today but video calling issue still not resolve. when I claimd this again on 19/12/2017. same reply my phone need binary updates and the same is already escalated to R&D team for rectification. & soon I will get binary update for the same via FOTA.
Samsung software service is very bad.
just one question to Samsung, how many times Samsung requires for a single issue resolve. this issue comes after android version 7 update. and still not resolve. great job Samsung team. keep it.
