I have bought Samsung Galaxy On Max on 25 May 2018 from Samsung's Website . Its not even 1 year & my touch panel is broke . There is some problem in the lower right side of the screen , whenever I type " k , j , m , i , o " they automatically changes to the letter " n " . The pointer just glides down there for no reason . That portion of screen is only broked I guess .
How should I contact the Samsung Team ?
Am I still in the warranty period or they will charge for replacement?
