When my mobile restarted or switched on the message Touchwiz home stopped working is displayed how to solve the problem

Could you please tell me whether this TouchWiz issue coming regularly or sometimes ?
and  If you don't mind please share the clear steps how you got this ? 🙂

When I turned on my mobile after switching it off I will get the window with message "unfortunately Touchwiz home has stopped working"

Dear Prasad,
Sorry to hear that you are still facing the error.  :(
If you don't mind, could you please recall and let me know  whether you made some signification changes in HomeScreen like Widget changes/ Folder creations/Regrouping of icons into folders. How many homescreen layers are there in your device ?

There is one resolution which you can have a try.

Tap Settings.
Scroll to ‘APPLICATIONS,’ then tap Application manager.
Swipe right to the ALL screen.
Find and tap Touchwiz Home.
Tap Clear cache.
Tap Clear data, then OK [This will remove your device Home screen customization back to default . You may be loving it  😎 ]

If you still face having mentioned problem , then please don't hesitate to share the device logs to admin[at]galaxyforum[dot]com

How to take logs ?

dial *#9900#>> Debug Level Enabled:MID (device will reboot no worries  :) )
Once the issue happened then dial *#9900#
>  Run dumpstate/logcat/modemlog
Once the logs are captured
> Tap on "Copy to sdcard(include CP Ramdump)" option.
Then open My Files. Logs got copied to "log" folder.

Zip the logs folder and upload the logs to this post or email to admin(at)galaxyforum(dot)com

I too was facing the same problem. ...but clearing the data from touchwiz solved the problem. ... Thanks for the help
