touch buttons on my phone..both back button and recent app button have stopped working. I did hard reset and they started working again for 2 days and same problem again. again hard reset but this time not working.touch buttons are dead. please help

i am also using samsung galaxy on max and the same problem happened with my on max but only once. Should i go to service center to get my phone examined?
