This is an issue really to be taken seriously for the growth and matching the competition with other companies like MI, REALME etc as Samsung is not giving timely updates for their smartphones like for Galaxy on7 unlike MI and REALME (a new brand in market),Galaxy on7 is still running on Android marshmallow after which we have android nougat,android preoccupied and Android pie already running on phone from MI and REALME,so this is a very serious concern with Samsung that they should improve thier facilities to provide timely software updates in this cut throat competitive market so that their customer base keep on increasing as they have a good market reputation and credibility.As I am facing many issues in my Samsung galaxy on7 I will not purchase any of the phone from Samsung brand in future.
