Hay guys I face two problems in my device. I want to know anyone also face same problems or not.
Should I call for help to Samsung support team?
Problem 1.
Some times my on8 freezes. Yesterday I opened Amazon app and tap on search bar to write something. But can't see any single alphabet in search box and waiting for response maybe I tap buttons too fast. Also when nothing happens I just tap back button so many times nothing happens again. I press power button 2 or 3 times now my on8 in working.
Problem 2.
App close problem. I play lots of YouTube videos.
During the YouTube video playing I just tap on Home button to exit from YouTube and open another app but even I am at home screen Video is not stopping. I can hear voice of that video mean video is still running in background. I have to free YouTube app from recent to solve the problem. This problem I face to many times.
try resetting your device but before check your apps whether they r latest or not & by wiping their data clear & if still issue arises go for hard reset
