On Max Battery Problem

When my OnMax get to 5% of battery & i go for charging it,
the battery percentage drops like 5,4,3,2,1 in 5 seconds and device gets switched off...
What the hell going on my device???

i had on max to...but never faced that kind of problem...also if my charge 0%in battery saving mode it runs 1hour with out any heavy work...🙄😊😋
