My Emoji Maker app installed but it isn't working

Today afternoon, i found this app on galaxy app store and i set it to download. After the download was complete, neither the app is available in my app drawer nor i am able to use it.

Samsung please fix these. I really want to try this app on galaxy on6 smartphone.
