I am using SAMSUNG ON NXT 64gb . Sometimes brightness level is automatically changed to 100% even I am set it as bellow 20% . When I am check my brightness level that time it shows 20% only but the brightness level would be like 100%.. After press the power button it will goes to normal. Many times its happens during unlock the screen.

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system app >> System UI >> Storage data.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
