Error on Samsung on8

From 2days,after Samsung home screen update, some application(almost 25apps) icons not appearing correctly.
I have reinstalled these app, but after restart same problem occurred.
I have restarted the phone but still the app icons not showing correctly.
Please fix it.

It is because you may have moved this apps on SD card from settings and as per Update conditions it clearly says that , "Your device's data may be lost after the update so please backup your data". Now, you need to uninstall this and install it again from play store.

Previously these errors not happened. Previously after moving Apps to SD card icons restored correctly. This time only its showing error.

If issue still persists try factory resetting your device

or just delete the home screen update by going into settings

Finally I found myself a solution for icons not appearing ...
1. Just turn on max power saving mod.
2. Then turn off, back to normal mod.
3. Now all app icons are appear correctly.
