Just disable it if you don't use it. E-mail app needs Contacts permission for Address book.

We would like to inform you that the Email application needs contacts permission because email app can easily find the email id from the contacts while composing email. However if you are getting the permission notification without any usage then follow the below steps:
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Samsung Email >> Storage >> Clear data and force stop.

i already did that no use when you clear data it will automatically take permissions without asking
