Hi guys, I'm using a galaxy on5 pro device and the problem is that I couldn't delete any photos from the gallery. Whenever I select a particular photo or a group of photos and tap on delete it asks me for a confirmation and after tapping on yes the photos and videos remains as it is without disappearing. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi, this is because of the synchronization. Please follow the following steps. -Open Gallery -Tap side button for gallery settings -Off Samsung cloud Note: if you delete photos from Samsung cloud then you can find it in cloud recycle bin. but if you delete it from bin then you can't restore those.
