I’ve been an iPhone user for 7years but I thought of switching to the android phone that too Samsung Galaxy note 9. The problems being faced by me within the 6 months of my purchase are: there is no more camera clarity also there is some noise and vibration when the camera is in use. Also, the phone gets heated while using or in charge. S Pen is also not working properly. To solve the problem I visited customer center they checked the handset and asked me to replace the camera n motherboard... Not worth spending money on Samsung. Within the span of 6 months if Samsung phones start giving such problems then u should think twice before putting it in the market as the amt spent by the customer is hard earned also they put the money with a faith in your organization that will provide the best of the facility but u have failed. If the handset once goes for repairing it does not remain the same(I had experienced the same earlier) Hence I'm not in favor of getting my phone repaired after spending an amount of 70k. Been an iPhone user for 7 yrs and I have never faced such problem. I seriously regret putting my hard earned money and faith in your organization. I would not recommend any of my friends and relatives to buy Samsung phones.
same here....got the camera unit replaced but in turn now i can see dirt particles under my camera glass....i made them clean but after a month it happend again....i wanted to be the best experience but as it turns out its not...and to add things the back glass installation isnt done properly as there is a consoderable gap on the top part
samsung is selling crap for thousands of dollars which start creeping after few months. best way to buy a Samsung phone or any android phone is to wait at least 6 months starting from the launching of the desired model and observe the performance and user feedback, then opt to buy if everything is good.
