whatsapp msgs not receive until i open whatsapp app.

I am not receiving whatsapp msg on mobile data unless i open whatsapp app.
I am not using power saving mode.
Any solution for it.
I am sufering from this issue from almost 1month.

Go to Settings->Connections->Turn off data usage..

There are two reason for not receiving msg.
1 is battery optimisation settings.
2 is restrict back ground data.
Check both the settings and make sure Whatsapp is not included either in sleeping apps or in background data restricted app list.
