On Google view in 3d are not opening. I alredy using latest app and Google Ar  but when I search view 3d in Google its not opened

which is your device? type any animal name in Google then it will show....3d view beside picture of that animal

yes note 10 plus eligible..then why it's not showing I am not understanding...may be some issue stills present in VERSION 2.1

Me too having the same problem.. Google AR.. view-in-3d not functioning.. Mine is S10 and is compatibility enlisted.. Can anyone help me to fix it??

We would recommend you to please install Google play Service for AR from play Store.

If the issue still persists, kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member

application (attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue.):-
Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue
