Galaxy Notecoz I couldn't see any seriousness over customer service after sales, if it was there I should not have been away from my primary phone, which is lying at out sourced service center, and outsourced cc support,
if you really think your brand n product are great then arrange my repair request within 3days, or arrange a fresh piece or upgraded version (considering my struggle for your high product & a note fan coz it's my 5th) which can be picked up from nearby dealer of my current location.
coz now I'm really scared to upgrade with note. or I may even have to think on switching to another brands...
