I am a note user and have upgraded my note 9 to note 10 last year,

Its bundled with insurance but, within a year display discolored, went service center, and they are awaiting for the part since 12 days.

Its been a month iam away from my primary phone.

wait for it because sometimes not available in service center and send feedback to samsung this kind if issue

but how long one has to wait? you would know when you have to be away from your primary phone,

its been 17 days now, tired of hearing same answer, it seems I should stop using Samsung n start sharing my experience on Samsung high end phones.

coz I couldn't see any seriousness over customer service after sales, if it was there I should not have been away from my primary phone, which is lying at out sourced service center, and outsourced cc support,

if you really think your brand n product are great then arrange my repair request within 3days, or arrange a fresh piece or upgraded version (considering my struggle for your high product & a note fan coz it's my 5th) which can be picked up from nearby dealer of my current location.

coz now I'm really scared to upgrade with note. or I may even have to think on switching to another brands...
