Samsung do provide great hardware but the software support is not great. Like the camera app on my note 9. If I use a Google cam mod the pictures become awesome because the camera hardware iss better than that of a pixel however the processing is mediocre. Samsung shuld start optimising games apps like pubg and other hot fav ones as per the exynos processors to get better launch time and frames only this can boost the liking of samsung as hardwares are already. At par with apples..
