unknown contacts not getting deleted

Actual problem is am not able to delete unknown contacts ...I have checked in my Gmail backup and samsung account ..it is under phone memory...it gets recovered automatically even if I delete those contacts

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

Contacts app > Menu icon located at the upper-right corner of the screen > Delete > To delete the desired contact select (check) > Now, tap Delete located at the bottom of the screen >To Confirm tap Delete.
