unable to fetch warrenty information on my new note 9..

As soon as I try to fetch information about warrenty on my galaxy application by entering my IMEI no ..a pop up message states- no information contact nearest costumer service centre...what does it indicate... I have just received my phone today in the morning and it has been more than 12 hours still not able to fetch warrenty  info

wait for couple of time and check back later , may be server or network issue , if still it happens head up to SC
