samsung experience should be more fluid and smooth.. even in phones like note 8 there are instances where you observe frame drop. this thing could be fixed even in a minor software update. because processor is beast and it can handle almost anything thrown to it.. but sometimes GUI lags and stutters. so definitely an issue of SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE.
