single tap to attend call

After January update I'm unable to see nor activate the single tap to attend or disconnect the call. I've to swipe to answer or reject the call Note 9 any help

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity > Single tap to swipe (turn it on)

Turn it on and restart your device or you might wipe the cache.
Sometimes my devices "flip the phone to mute calls", also does not work, after restarting it works for me.
It may be because this whole ui update is little buggy.

it's not there actually .. it is in there under assistant menu which shd be turn on before using this option so.. this is disgusting.. Samsung is not paying attention at all

I have at the same place as mentioned above and I'm currently on One UI based on Android Pie (Galaxy Note 9).
As far as I remember in Oreo it was there under the Assistant Menu.
