I am aman raj sharma i am recently using your flagship phone note 10 lite and yesterday my secure folder is disabled by your company as I was purchased my phone in emi which was suggested by samsung staff in samsung store to buy on emi.

When today i watch my secure folder it was disabled and all the setting related to secure folder are removed. In my secure folder i have my all college data which is very important for me other wise I will face many issues if company want to disable my secure folder then atleast give me a warning so that i removed all my documents 

First time I'm purchase any samsung phone and in 2 months I'm highly disappointed by the service as faced in flagships phone i hope you and your team soon provide me my folder back

Samsung has found that some users don't pay their emi on time and which leads to complete locking of phone but with help of secure folder users are using all the apps after complete locking of phone also so samsung release the update of SF+ which completely disable the secure folder and there is no way to enable until you will pay all your emi.

Emi is to Samsung or your credit card, if I have paid through credit card then I am Liable to a bank, not to Samsung, it's wierd this happens to you

brother samsung finance plus emi you can't enble secure folder after finished emi than enble secure folder

you abled to use because by chance company forget to lock 🔐 it ... now Samsung introduced sf+ so no chance to use without complete payment...because this is the process only ... many peoples using secure folder after purchase from Samsung finance thatswhy they introduced sf+ now nobody can do it

bro same problem for 2 months i was using it but suddenly without any info it got disabled and until now i was wondering what happened.I also have my phone in emi and paid 2 months only.

haa yhi hua h 2nd emi ke baad hi...jabki salla 40k ka phone liye h is **bleep** company ka....isse accha oneplus ya vivo x50 le lete hm....galat padh gye samsung mai
