If original screen protector is there, then don't remove it..or wait for biometrics update, as there is some security issue going on with the fp scanner of S10 and Note 10..So, let that update come first..
Though it is Very difficult for Some People to Continue without Screen Protectors like me also, But Presently issue with In-Display Finger Print Scanner with Note10 & S10 Series as in most of the cases it is Malfunctioning..In Some cases these sets got Unlocked even when trying with others Finger (Not Registered) Since it detects the Finger marks already present on Screen Protector...So Avoid...
