screen off

Screen off time is set to 30sec on my galaxy note 10+ but it still remains ON even after 30sec..is anyone facing similar problem...

May be you are using Always On Display .

your smart stay feature is on may be...go to advance setting..turn off that

Mannojj ji..check if your smart stay feature is on or off..but this function works, when you are looking at the screen..so you have to check that what exactly is causing it..
