It is preinstalled. if not download it through playstore

Hi I'm using Samsung pay for almost 2 months now from April and the rewards shows 0. and I complained today in Samsung pay customer care. after that I made a transaction and it was added. so what about my other transactions which was almost more than 1 lakh, I made.

Hi Ram,
Correct me if I am wrong but didn't the reward system came very recently, like almost a month ago? I don't think Samsung pay rewards functioned properly if at all even existed at around April. If a complained worked previously then please do go ahead and contact them again regarding this amount of transaction. I'm sure it's worth some points atleast.
