bro ...maximum note 9 users are facing same ... it's because even after 2.1 also there are 13 vulnerability and 2 critical issue presents in samsung own software... so please try to flash software now a days from odin or through authorised samsung service center as they use odin only for their official purpose....don't simply update via mobile data or wifi......previously maximum note9 users destroyed their devices by this only ... samsung provides non A/B partition type ota software not like other company hence the process is to install software via smart switch or by odin or through authorised samsung service center otherwise simply update welcome software holes maximum time
