samsung note 8 bug issue was searching bar on menu with 'b' letter causes phone stuck......plz update..

this issue is occuring with most of note 8 phone and i have just reported to samsung service center and they told to wait till date they have not provided me the solution now i think i should move to apple seies as they are not able to provide to good service
i have reported 4 days ago
