samsung note 8 black crush and no one ui2 and android 10 update

Why the hell samsung doesn't bother about s8 and note 8 series..we even dont have any proper update and an irritating black crush issue arised when a security update is done and it's still being unsolved by the team..It show how ridiculous those premium models are taken care..
